Terms and Conditions

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase with receipt, for an exchange within 30 days or refund within 7 days of delivery.

*  All returned products must be in new and unused condition with tags attached.
*  Prior to returning an item, call or email to obtain a Return Authorization #. Any item 
   without a R.A.# will be refused.
*  No refund/credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless damaged, 
   defective or BeauChapeau error.
* All returns will be credited back to the original tender type (this includes gift 
  certificates).
* All sale items are Final Sale and may not be returned.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed.
